Privacy Policy
We prioritize the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we process your data strictly in accordance with applicable laws (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). This privacy policy outlines the key aspects of how we handle your data on our website.
Contacting Us
When you reach out to us via the contact form on our website or by email, the information you provide is stored to process your request and address any follow-up questions we may have. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent.
Data Storage
To streamline the purchasing process and support the fulfillment of contracts, our web shop utilizes cookies to store certain personal details, including your IP address, name, address, phone number, email, credit card details, and other necessary information.
Additionally, we store personal data (such as name, address, date of birth, phone number, etc.) to process contracts. This information is required to complete the contract or pre-contractual steps. Without this data, we cannot finalize the contract. We will not share your data with third parties, except for sharing credit card details with the payment provider for transaction processing, and passing necessary information to our accountant for tax compliance. We also share data with service providers responsible for maintaining our IT systems, databases, and newsletter services, all under a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
If a purchase is not completed, all stored data will be deleted. In cases where a contract is concluded, data related to the contractual relationship is kept for the legally required retention period, typically seven years under tax law.
Data is processed based on legal grounds defined in § 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act and Article 6 (1)(a) (Consent) and/or (b) (Necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies or similar storage technologies. These are small text files placed by your browser on your device. They do not harm your computer.
We use cookies to enhance the usability of our website. Some cookies remain on your device until you manually delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser when you visit us again.
If you prefer not to have cookies stored, you can adjust your browser settings to notify you of cookie placement and allow them only on a case-by-case basis.
Please be aware that disabling cookies may impact the functionality of certain features on our website.
Social Media
Our website includes links to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. These third-party sites may collect data, and we do not have control over the cookies they use or access to them.
Web Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics employs cookies to generate data about your use of our website, including your IP address. This data is transferred to a Google server in the U.S. for storage. Google uses this data to evaluate website usage, compile reports for us, and offer related services. Google may share this data with third parties when legally required or when third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Your IP address will not be associated with other Google data.
By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.
Newsletter
When you make a booking, purchase, or contact us for inquiries, we process your personal data as per Article 6, Section 1(b) and (f) of the GDPR.
If you’d like to receive our newsletter, we will need your email address and confirmation that you are the owner of the email address and consent to receiving the newsletter (double opt-in).
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Your data will only be used to send newsletters.
We do not collect additional data beyond what is voluntarily provided, such as to personalize the content for your preferences. This data is used solely for sending newsletters and may involve link tracking to improve content.
Our newsletters may contain tracking pixels. These small images in HTML emails allow us to track when an email is opened and which links are clicked. This helps us analyze the effectiveness of our campaigns.
We may also use your child’s date of birth to send marketing emails related to bookings, but always via the parental email address used during the booking. You can object to this use at any time.
The personal data collected via tracking pixels is stored and analyzed by us for the purpose of optimizing newsletter content. This data is not shared with third parties. You may withdraw consent for this use at any time, and we will delete the collected data.
We use the service “NumBirds” from Sports and Tourism Digital Services GmbH, located at Brixner Straße 3/3, 6020 Innsbruck, for newsletter distribution. We have a data processing agreement with NumBirds to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your data, as well as to withdraw your consent and object to the processing of your data. If you believe that your data protection rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, the supervisory authority is the Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, dsb(at)dsb.gv.at).
