We provide an estimated delivery date and time for our products. If we’re unable to meet this delivery timeline, we will reach out to you to discuss an alternative solution. Once your order has shipped from our factory or warehouse, we’ll send you an email with the confirmed delivery date. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive separate shipping emails, each with specific delivery details. Your order may also be delivered to multiple locations. All prices listed on our website include free shipping within Mainland UK. This covers transport, packaging, and insurance. You can expect fast, reliable delivery with no additional shipping charges.

What Delivery Options Do You Offer?
Depending on the size of your order, we may deliver it via courier or our own vehicles to your specified address within the UK. Alternatively, you can also choose to pick up your used forklift truck from one of our used equipment centres.

Can I Have Products Delivered Abroad?
Currently, we only ship products to locations within the UK.

Our products come with varying warranty periods. New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which can be found on the individual product pages. For “used forklift trucks,” we offer a special warranty depending on the classification of the used equipment. How Do I Redeem My Voucher?
To redeem a voucher, select your products and add them to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart icon to view your order. On the first page of the order overview, you’ll see a field labeled “A voucher.” Enter your voucher code there and apply it to your order.
